Teocah Dove representative in the United Nations Development Programme

Teocah Ariel Ainka Dove first started volunteering at the age of 16 and eventually became 2nd Lieutenant in the Trinidad and Tobago Cadet Force, Country Co-ordinator of the US Embassy of Trinidad and Tobago Youth Ambassador Programme. Currently she is Trinidad and Tobago’s representative in the United Nations Development Programme – Caribbean Youth Think Tank. She won a Chevening Scholarship, funded by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and partner organizations, to enable scholars with leadership potential from around the world to study postgraduate courses at UK Universities. This eventually lead to her being nominated for “The Queen’s Young Leaders Award”. We met Teocha this week and find out the details of her journey and what she did when she met the Queen.
