In 2013, Mark Hardy teamed up with Yung Rudd (son of the legend, David Rudder) and Mevon Soodeen of Xplicit Entertainment to create a new genre of music coming out of Trinidad and Tobago called TRAPSO, which birthed hits such as “PUMPIN”, “NAH BOY” and “WUZ D SCENE”.
The power team went on to release several notable freestyles, a mixtape, and singles, inclusive of 2 genres: parang (which they wrote and performed) and Trapso (a fusion of hip-hop and ATL trap rap)
After a long musical journey together, Mark Hardy and Yung Rudd are both preparing to take different paths. They told OMG that they have separate individualities to bring to the music scene.
They are both working on solo projects which will be released soon.
