Shanderpaul paints to give hope and uplift.

Shanderpaul Ramsey is a registered artist of The Ministry of Arts and Multiculture of Trinidad and Tobago.  He does all sorts of paintings and artwork to uplift communities and ‘ghetto youths’ to empower them to have hope for a brighter tomorrow. “My kind of work speaks to people and I know that it is appreciated every time it is viewed,”. One of Ramsey’s paintings is currently on Powergen’s wall in Port-of-Spain. It represents the steelpan. “What is says is that if you take the time to listen to the community, you may hear the sweet steel pan music coming from there”, he tells OMG.
