We visited “Age with Joy,” a senior living facility nestled in our neighbourhood, where we had the pleasure of meeting several wise and spirited ladies eager to share their perspectives on what truly makes a relationship last.

Our first encounter was with the vivacious and charming 83-year-old Daphne Brooks. With a zest for life, Daphne exuded positivity as she emphasised the importance of sharing honesty, goodness, laughter, and joy with others. Her joyful proclamation, “I love life,” resonated with us, reminding everyone that a happy heart is a giving heart.
Understanding and Acceptance with Lynette Rampersad
Lynette Rampersad, 80, shared her belief that love flourishes with understanding and acceptance.
